    An excellent opportunity has arise for a Senior Manager/Manager, Talent Acquisition to be based in our Hong Kong headquarter. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing the talent landscape for the Group.

    What You Will Be Doing

  • Overseeing the recruitment and selection of talent for the Global Corporate headquarter
  • Develop talent acquisition strategy and implement initiatives and programs to meet talent needs of the global and regional offices
  • Coordinating and monitoring implementation of Corporate resources strategy, recruitment policies, systems, processes, tools, corporate initiatives and programs
  • Providing consultation and support on all aspects of recruitment throughout the business and to the HRBPs
  • Partner with HRBPs in workforce planning that projects future hiring needs based on company growth
  • Partner with the team in optimizing Applicant tracking system
  • Manage key external resources and partnerships to meet staffing needs (i.e. campuses, LinkedIn, etc.) and create processes to ensure appropriate resource management
  • Keep abreast of talent landscape developments and innovative recruiting techniques, bringing market knowledge to bear on competitive external talent trends
  • Partner with HR specialists to connect the employee value proposition and employer brand to all parts of the employee lifecycle
  • What You Will Ideally Need To Be Considered

  • Ideally more than 8 years experience in Talent Acquisition with an international organization or recruitment agency
  • Relevant tertiary education qualification any disciplines
  • Experience in Corporate functional hiring
  • Regional recruitment experience across Asia Pacific
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Less qualified/experience candidates will be considered for the Manager role.
