- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide advice on the talent acquisition strategies/process.
- Responsible for entire recruitment process for Resident Site Staff (RSS) positions, from preparation of job description to employment contract preparation and pre-on boarding formalities.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels across Hong Kong and Greater China.
- Establish and maintain a long-term relationship with educational institutions. Co-ordinate with educational institutions and internal stakeholders for recruitment events like career talks, career fairs and other related activities.
- Keep abreast of latest recruitment sources and channels for reaching out the targeted talents.
- Prepare various HR reports and perform TA administration duties.
- Perform ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years' working experience in recruitment in sizeable organization.
- Experience and knowledge of the Engineering or Technical sectors would be an advantage.
- Attention to details, proactive, willing to learn and be a team player.
- Strong relationship management and good communication skills.
- Ability to record and present data accurately and with impact. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua
