- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions in HK/ Shanghai
- Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders
- Participate in employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Prior experience (3 – 5 years) in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in the financial industry
- Strong sourcing and networking skills to attract qualified candidates
- Proven ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
