- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes of Service Delivery roles
- Design and implement assessment tools and systems for recruitment
- Develop relationships with educational institutions to promote Service Delivery roles
- Work closely with stakeholders to build relationships with educational institutions to promote our Inflight Service Delivery roles
- Initiate recruiting marketing and undertake employer branding initiatives
- Review recruitment processes and suggest alignment with Corporate strategy
- Support Talent Acquisition Lead as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications
- Previous exposure to high-volume recruitment is advantageous
- Experience conducting competency-based and technical interviews and using other assessment and selection tools
- Experience working with an applicant tracking/eRecruit platform is advantageous
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Role Introduction
The jobholder is responsible for contributing to the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies for our Inflight Service Delivery team, and for supporting (and leading as required) assessment and selection activities for these employee groups. The jobholder is also responsible for contributing to the execution of a distinctive Cathay candidate experience through all key touchpoints. This position provides a fixed-term contract until December 31, 2025.
