- Lead the planning, launch, and optimization of CRM campaigns in coordination with different teams
- Enhance platform transaction and engagement metrics
- Utilize advanced tools for targeted campaigns and user journey optimization
- Analyze and improve CRM campaigns through testing
- Develop automation solutions to enhance user experience
- Generate reports for detailed business analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor campaigns accordingly
- Integrate data points with CRM platform
- BA/BS degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience
- Expertise in CRM software
- Experience with API integration considered a plus
- Detailed-oriented with quick adaptability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in SQL or Python is a bonus
