- Responsible for end-to-end CRM campaigns and strategy to drive and achieve objectives for user acquisition and retention and platform usage
- Collaboration with internal teams to ensure go-to-market strategies are aligned and executed in a timely manner
- Analysis on insights, campaigns and member's behaviours to formulate retention and acquisition strategies to bridge gaps and increase conversion for member acquisition and retention
- Responsible in managing and leadin the team to ensure objectives are reached with growth across different individauls in the team
- Manage customer segmentation to ensure successful delivery of tailored communications in all user touchpoints (email, app, push notification, sms etc.)skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder
- Minimum 8 years of experience in CRM marketing in growth, acquisition and performance
- Experience in CRM from Fintech or Crypto is a bonus but not a must
- Experience in delivering end-to-end CRM campains focusing on growth and retention
- Strong analytical skills, project management and communication skills
- Experience in a leadership role with team management responsibilities is preferred
- Excellent command of English; additional language is a bonus
- Self-motivated, relationship-oriented and creative mindset
