- Administrative support throughout the end to end recruitment process of Service Delivery roles including but not limited to job posting, manage applications, medical check-up coordination, pre-employment background checks and language assessments arrangements
- Maintain and manage recruitment related technology platforms (TalentLink, HireVue, Cut-E, First Advantages etc.)
- Support all talent acquisition campaigns including job fairs, campus recruitment, career talks, walk-in days, etc.
- Answer enquiries regarding recruitment related issues
- Prepare statistics reports
- Process employment/training visas for outport recruits
- Provide office coverage for whole team as required
- Prepare monthly expenses claim
- Deputise for the Talent Acquisition Specialist if needed Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
- Graduate opportunity, 1-2 years' experience in an HR or talent acquisition role advantageous
- Previous exposure to high volume recruitment advantageous
- Experience working with an applicant tracking / eRecruit platform advantageous
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Cantonese
- Teamplayer, proactive, high drive, attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills

Role IntroductionReports To: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition – Service Delivery
The Jobholder is responsible for supporting recruitment and onboarding administration and co-ordination for identified employee groups. The jobholder is also accountable for contributing to the execution of a signature Cathay Pacific candidate experience through all key touch-points.
This is a fixed-term contract until 31 Dec 2025.
