- Carry out project feasibility studies and provide recommendations on investment potentials of development projects
- Conduct real estate valuations and appraisals of development options and assess their relative financial risk
- Conduct research on geographical regions, industry players and government policies
- Act as key liaison with external parties 要求
- Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Architecture or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sizable developer or consultancy firm
- Knowledgeable about Mainland property market
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is a must
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
