    What you will do:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing until offering.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to identify the hiring needs and selections criteria, plan & execute recruitment strategies
  • Initiate and advise new ideas on building talent pool to ensure sufficient talents for business growth
  • Strive for best-in class candidate experience
  • Keep an eye on our hiring processes and ensuring these are as fast and smooth as possible, for both the candidates and our teams
  • Support other Recruitment initiatives and projects where required
  • What you will need:

  • Extensive experience in recruiting from within a global, high-growth company
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Passion for building and growing genuine relationships with stakeholders and candidates
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and bias for action
  • Have experience with LinkedIn recruiter account for active sourcing
  • Ideally have Workday experience (ATS)
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background
