- Manage customer service operations for online shopping platform.
- Assists in brand building/sales promotions.
- Provide quick response to customer enquiries on products, promotions, key selling points, order status and after sales.
- Summarize key issues to brand customers weekly, discuss and execute on enhancement plans.
- Form 5 or above, Diploma in e-commerce preferred.
- Handle inbound enquiries in professional manner via different channels; including but not limit to live chat, WhatsApp, email, Ali wang wang etc;
- Form 5 or above, Diploma in e-commerce, marketing or related disciplines is preferable.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as customer service
- Solid understanding of social media, online communities and digital content
- Experience in E-shop operations (e.g.Shopline/Shopify/Taobao/Tmall) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Able to work independently, autonomously as well as multi-task working.
- Good communication skills to update and discuss with brand clients on products and service-related issues.
- Good Chinese and English word processing.
- Good command of verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
