- Process visa applications timely including document gathering, reviewing information for completeness, preparing relevant forms and letters for visa application
- Correspond with globally mobile employees (international assignees, business travelers, etc.) and other stakeholders on immigration matters with a customer-centric mindset
- Contact government immigration officers and be able to deal with their enquiries in an effective manner
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and track compliance status and other assignment-related projects
- Work with other KPMG offices across the global coordinating international immigration support
- Manage caseload with team throughout end to end process in an efficient timely manner within required KPIs.
- Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
- 2-3 years' relevant experience in immigration services, mobility or human resources
- Excellent customer service skills with a good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Experience in dealing with immigration authorities is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook. PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or other related applications
- A good team player with a strong attention to detail, the ability to deliver efficient working outcomes and overcome challenges even under pressure
