- Provide after-sales services to customers, including DOA, RMA, and hardware maintenance.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair goods, and coordinate with teams for DOA and RMA claims.
- Offer hotline technical assistance and customer service support.
- Install and configure services according to the implementation plan.
- Provide technology and maintenance support services within deadlines.
- Support installed services and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Ensure high-quality service and meet customer SLAs.
- Undergo technical training and obtain certifications as required.
- Conduct knowledge transfer training when necessary.
- Assist in coaching junior CS for service delivery.
- Perform assigned duties.
- Relevant work experience in IT/customer service preferred.
- Diploma or higher in computer science or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of hardware/software support.
- Customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently.
