- Logging client calls/meeting notes and updating client profiles
- Preparing ad hoc reports
- Setting up client meetings and calls for the Investor Relations team
- Calendar management
- Minimum five years' of experience providing support to the investor relations teams / fundraising teams / client services teams at private equity funds, alternative fund managers, asset managers or placement agents in Hong Kong
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree required
- Full fluency / near native in English and Japanese
