My Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Event Management in Swiss Hotel Management School with 2 years property managment and 10 years hospitality 4 years manager role under international hotel chain makes me a perfect candidate for this position.
 

I trained up to provide top standards of services and maintain strong relationship to high demanding guests in Front Desk in terms of daily operation since I was in the junior position of Intercontinental Hong Kong till present. Within 6 years working in one of the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Stars Hotel allowed me to train up analytical skill to provide personalizing customer service experience and achieve different targets related to key performance index. 
 

My current role is a decision maker of the service apartment and managing staff under Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security Team and Clubhouse Facilities to ensure running smooth daily operation under high corporate standard. Furthermore, I am an emergency and problem handler to assist the team for running smooth daily operations and achieve or exceed targets especially key performance index and mystery shoppers.
