About the role:
As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Operations Analyst you will be Primarily focused in the disciplines of selection, implementation, operation, ongoing support and administration of "commercial-off-the-shelf" (COTS) and internal systems and system software that make up the underlying operating environment necessary to support critical operational service delivery processes across multiple public cloud based production environments.

What you will be doing:

• Provides technical support activities for a production processing environment.
• Installs, maintains and supports applications and major IT system components, subsystems.
• Creates and maintains complete documentation as it relates to installation and status of supported software and FIS-proprietary solutions.
• Code, test, debug, document, implement, integrate and maintain supporting application components for IT operations management software.
• Customizes specific IT operations management software or creation of custom FIS-proprietary solutions specific to the operational management and control of IT infrastructure, application delivery components and network telecommunications fault, configuration, administration, performance, and security functions.
• As this is a senior/lead position, May provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you will need:

• At least 5-10 years of experience with production environment support: JIRA/ AWS, Microsoft Cloud, Cloud Support.
• Extensive experience using Terraform Infrastructure, PowerShell, Python, Javascript, automation tools. Strong working experience in large AWS and/or Azure deployments.
• Must have full working rights in Hong Kong
• Candidate must be fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin.
• Automation and Dev tools knowledge: TFE, Harness, bitbucket, Jira
• Demonstrated knowledge of mainframe and/or open systems operating systems
• May require in-depth knowledge of networking, computing platform, storage, database, security, middleware, network and systems management and related infrastructure technologies and practices
• Proficiency in business modelling and business requirements definition disciplines
• Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure projects are successfully completed.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience or familiarity with Prophet Enterprise (FIS Insurance system) is a big plus.
• Capability to speak in Korean. Basic understanding is a plus.
• Background with Insurance and/or banking industry is a plus.
