    Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is a global hotel company with properties located in major cities and four continents under The Langham Hotels and Resorts , Cordis Hotels and Resorts and Ying'nFlo brands. It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Development

  • Identify emerging trends in the beverage and hospitality industry and adapt the bar offerings accordingly
  • Create unique bar concepts and experiences that set the brand apart from competitors offering regular updates on market trends
  • Regularly deliver on-site quality audits of existing properties for review by Senior Management
  • Talent Recruitment and retention

  • Recruit, train, and mentor bar staff to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Foster a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork, creativity and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Provide ongoing training to keep the bar teams updated on industry trends, responsible service practices and brand standards
  • Financial Reporting and Performance

  • Regularly analyse financial reports, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction
  • Guest Experience

  • Continuously improve the guest experience by curating innovative cocktail menus
  • Monitor guest feedback and use it to make informed adjustments to the bar offerings and service quality
  • Training

  • Be available to deliver on-site training in existing properties globally to align bars with brand direction
  • Assist pre-opening teams and taskforce teams with new opening and existing properties as directed.
  • Requirement .
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum eight (8) years of working experience with good track record of relevant experience in luxury hotel and Bar industry
  • Proven track record of cocktail mixology experience while demonstrating strong knowledge of recipes and presentation methodologies
  • Experience in leading and negotiating lucrative alcohol brand collaborations across the globe
  • Expertise in financial management and cost control in Food & Beverage industry; identify areas of improvement to increase profit margins in existing bars
  • Good network connection within the industry to possess up-to-date industry trends and deliver trainings that promote consistency, professionalism and excellence in service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written English); Second language advantageous
