- Develop and implement strategies for new card product launches
- Collaborate with internal teams to introduce user-friendly features for new card products
- Drive the growth of debit card products through enhanced benefits and reward programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Build relationships with external partners to enhance card value proposition and explore new opportunities
- Manage business results and plan marketing activities
- Oversee product budget and profitability
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 8 years' banking experience, preferably in card business/transactional banking/marketing
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Ownership mindset and commitment to efficient customer service
