- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their hiring needs
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent
- Identify, assess and select appropriate recruitment channels to reach qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hiring decisions
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection and onboarding processes
- Drive and implement employer branding initiatives
- Proactively work with HR business partners to organize employee engagement events
- Contribute to the development and execution of various talent acquisition projects
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in a human resources role, with proven track record of success in Talent Acquisition
- Excellent communication skillsand ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Sharp interviewing skills and questioning techniques
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, including social media platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven and committed to achieving recruitment goals
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
