- Compile periodic sales tracking reports, management information and business performance statistics for senior management oversight.
- Support various transformation projects and streamlining initiatives for Relationship Management Department to create capacity for growth.
- Represent Relationship Management Department to provide user requirements and consolidate user feedback to ensure smooth roll out of various platforms and systems.
- Review end to end lending process to improve operation efficiency and better protect the Bank from potential credit and operation risk.
- Conduct regular sample checking on credit approval for Relationship Management Department to ensure quality.
- Organize briefings to Relationship Management Department to share new initiatives, workflow and findings.
- Organize campaign and exchange meetings to promote conduct and cultural awareness among Relationship Management Department.
- Undertake all required activities and projects as directed by line manager in support of the development of Corporate Banking.
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Statistics or Quantitative Analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in relationship management support, credit service, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
- Able to work under pressure to catch tight timeline and adapt to changes in business preferred.
- Strong PC user with good MS Office or Excel skills.
- Strong self-motivation with good interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred.
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.
