    Job Description:

    Manage sales of products and services to small and medium sized customers within an assigned geographical territory. Retain and grow business with existing customers and generate sales from new customers. To anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and sales profit. Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to more complex customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets. To collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to product and sales management by using the applicable systems. Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

    Responsibilities

    To prepare, propose, monitor and review service contracts for existing and new potential customers; To supervise the performance of the contracts and work towards compliance with the terms and conditions mentioned in it; To coordinate and supervise all Sandvik personnel working at site to comply with Customer, Sandvik and required regulatory Health and Safety standards; To provide essential contract management services, by resolving conflicts and providing value-added services to customers; To develop a sales and service plan for the designated customers; To develop adequate service workforce to cope with the Aftermarket business growth within the territory; To act as key contact and liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders on the status of the contracts; To conduct contract-related analysis and data collection actively; and provides support for the Monthly and Quarterly contract review

    Requirements

    Minimum 5 years in contract administration, preferably acquired from construction or heavy machinery industry; Associates degree or College Diploma in mechanical engineering discipline Demonstrated project management capabilities Responsible and independent, able to do multi-tasking in a fast pace environment Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure Literacy and computer skills are both essential Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese Current driving license is required HK resident with HKSAR permanent ID card is a must.
