- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for end-end customer service experience
- •Work directly with customer teams and executives as required; provide customer stewardship and advocacy; work with sales, solutions partners in to the support of identifying new businessopportunities
- •Interface with the customer for operations issues after issues have followed proper escalation procedures and failed to obtain the correct level of support.
- •Attend regular performance review calls for service, operational or capacity planning-related issues;
- •Attend stewardship meetings with customer
- •Provide Steady state account management to verify the engagement of New Work follows
- processes;
- •Maintain awareness of day-to-day change and problem process compliance;
- •Ensure SLAs are met for per contractual commitment;
- •Capability to solve the technical issues
- •Ability to work across virtual Global teams
- Degree or above in Telecommunications or related field
- •Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in Sales or Business Development
- •ITIL or CCIE certificate and any technical certificate in networking technology is an advantage
- •Creative mindset and well versed in Carrier or Enterprise sector in Telecom Industry
- •Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- •Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
