- Promotion and implementation of global HR digital transformation project, build HR Intelligence Staff and General AI Assistant;
- Assist PMO for overall project direction and schedule management for Human Resources Management System, work with sub-project managers to fulfill business requirements, system testing, system go-live, problem solving etc;
- Manage HRMS related projects, various function module including but not limited to employee management, recruitment, talent management, payroll, performance management, training, process management etc;
- Assist management of whole company's performance appraisal system and responsible for appraisal system setting and adjustment;
- Liaise with external system vendor on support and maintenance
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 1 years' relevant HR experience gained from sizable organizations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Humble, customer focus, result driven and always willing to learn/ help/ take ownership
- Able to work under tight deadline and dynamic environment
- Active team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
