- Assist in formulating the company's human resources strategic planning and ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and execution of the strategies
- Organize and conduct various research and analysis in the field of human resources, regularly review and update various human resources policies
- Conduct job analyses and job design regularly
- Enhance compliance management mechanism in the field of human resources and be responsible for various audit exercises
- Perform other project as assigned, including digital employee
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years' relevant experience, preferably from Telecom industry
- Well versed with HK employment ordinance and related legislation
- Logical, strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proactive and efficient, able to work under pressure
- Strong in Chinese writing
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Organization Development Officer
- Immediately available is highly preferred
