- Assist in the development and implementation of security strategies, policies and procedures to safeguard against threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with other IT teams, vendors and stakeholders to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify specific cyber risks.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to execute phishing simulation programmes, and enhancing the Federation's resilience against email-based threats.
- Collaborate closely with IT infrastructure team to incorporate security measures and considerations into various projects and daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to data protection and privacy.
- Provide regular security updates, reports and metrics to management and stakeholders.

In-depth understanding of industry best practices, standards, and frameworks.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Familiarity with a wide range of security technologies, tools, and solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention system, encryption and SIEM.
- Proven ability to manage security vendors and ensure projects are executed smoothly and within the agreed timeline.
證書、許可證及註冊 Certificate, License and Registration:
Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are highly desirable.
