- Plan, develop, and implement signature leadership training programs and courses;
- Develop strategies and curricula on sustainability and global leadership education, targeting schools and broader communities;
- Cultivate partnerships with leading global, national, and local leadership institutes and organizations;
- Identify new partnerships with local educational institutions, NGOs, or corporations for leadership training initiatives;
- Coordinate with clients and trainers to customize training programs and ensure effective delivery;
- Formulate strategies to achieve social impact and financial sustainability through business analysis;
- Prepare reports and conduct analyses;
- Engage stakeholders through the utilization of historical sites and lodges;
- Perform any other assigned duties.

Entry Requirements
Study Fields:
University graduate in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Substantial experience in curriculum design, training, or leadership development;
- Strong business acumen for social impact;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities;
