- Manage and coordinate a wide range of local and non-local internship programmes/opportunities provided by external organisations from various industries;
- Coordinate internship-related scholarship programmes;
- Liaise with all academic units and maintain University internship records for reporting;
- Maintain the internal internship reporting systems and promote internship job opportunities to students via CityU's job platforms;
- Organise and participate in employers' engagement events (such as employers' luncheon, career fairs, recruitment talks and other career-related events and initiatives);
- Actively connect with organisations and corporate employers for internship and graduate employment opportunities for students;
- Coach other junior team members on their project implementation/daily work; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably in career services administration, student development and/or talent acquisition/development;
- Experience in organising recruitment talks, career/marketing events and/or internship/graduate recruitment programmes;
- Being a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
- Proficiency in computer applications (such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are required.
