To be independent to conduct research on a variety of topics relating to youth issue and development of Hong Kong
- To be independent to write up research report
- To be responsible for the press briefing
- To promote research findings and policy recommendations
- To contribute ideas that will increase visibility of the organization's research and advocacy
- To provide support for project management activities including meeting facilitation, event coordination, as well as youth, partner and stakeholder engagement;
- To provide administrative support and perform any other duties as assigned
入職要求 Entry Requirements
主修科目 Study Fields:
Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences , Economic or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the related field
知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills; able to quickly digest information and produce content
- Have knowledge on both quantitative and qualitative research;
- Have knowledge to use SPSS software
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with ability to write clear and compelling materials
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Preference will be given to those with demonstrated abilities in editing, publication and writing up research report
