- Assist in planning, organizing, implementing and administrating learning and development as well as employee relations projects
- Source, liaise, coordinate and monitor external consultants and services providers to ensure smooth logistics and arrangements and, total service quality for employee relations projects
- Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties, in order to organize company corporate level events/activities, including but not limited to Company Annual Celebration, Corporate Culture Activities, CSR events etc
- Coordinate and/or deliver employee relations/engagement programs in a professional manner
- Handle administration work of employee relations projects, including but not limited to employee activities enrollment, venue source and pre-set up, schedule arrangement, evaluation and so on
- Assist in implementing employee relations policies and procedures
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources or related.
- Experiences in hosting grand events preferred
- Strong in interpersonal, communication, presentation, project management and analytical skills with passionate about people development and engagement
- People and customer services oriented, proactive, energetic, self-motivated and with good business acumen
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, graphic design, Chinese Word Processing
- Occasional travel is required
- Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Learning & Development Officer
