- Youll work as a team to perform round-the-clock front line duties, investigating network and customer circuit alarms, providing support for maintenance and fault diagnostics.
- Youll conduct network fault finding tests, ensuring service assurance and restoration for cable system networks.
- When they arise youll help resolve network problems, maintaining records of remedy actions and carry out routine jobs as per procedures
- To ensure system readiness youll conduct circuit acceptance tests, and complying with the firms information security and privacy policies.
- High diploma or degree in Electronic/Information Technology Engineering, or a higher certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
- Candidates with 5 subjects pass in HKCEE or 5 subjects pass in HKDSE including English, with experience in IT desk support, are welcome to apply
- Fresh graduates whove graduated in IT/electrical engineering are welcome to apply.
- 1+ years experience in IT customer services.
- Good knowledge of Datacom equipment and telecom services is required.
- Proficiency in Putonghua is advantageous.
