- Lead a team to provide site support and fix system faults.
- Monitor lift and escalator performance remotely through digital devices.
- Identify potential risks and recommend constructive solutions for existing technical problems.
- Conduct root cause analysis on technical issues and recommend long term solutions to enhance product liability.
- Prepare trouble shooting analysis / incident investigation reports.
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop retrofit products.
- Conduct trial tests and feasibility studies for improvement solutions.
- Implement Company new technology, such as Internet of Things (IoT), cloud-based applications and mobile apps, to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Ensure Company Safety and Ethics guidelines and Government code requirements are fully complied in the field operations.
