- Offer expert helpdesk support, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for colleagues promptly
- Manage user environment, install and configure workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones
- Oversee Microsoft 365 environment to ensure efficient and secure operation
- Analyze staff requirements, identify vulnerabilities, and implement solutions for enhanced efficiency
- Participate in designing and administering IT systems and networks, ensuring they meet business needs
- Implement software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and accurate records
- Collaborate with external vendors for IT equipment sourcing and project management
- Provide technical support for office conferencing systems
- Undertake additional tasks as required, showcasing flexibility and eagerness to learn
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking
- Commitment to upholding company information confidentiality
