- Responsible for daily technical support on desktop, network, ERP, software and hardware to end users
- Perform quality assurance on all functional implementations and upgrades in ERP or other related IT systems to ensure high-quality deliverables and optimal outcomes for the company
- Liaise with vendors for IT services and equipment procurement
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues
- Provide technical supports on network and/or security projects
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including Windows and File servers, networks and security systems
- Work closely with internal staff for daily operations
- Provide technical designs, implementations, and troubleshooting of network and/or security projects co-operating with internal parties, vendors and partners to customers
- Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems, software and hardware
- Diploma or above in Computing / Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Technical Support
- Good knowledge in server administration and network troubleshooting and able to manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritize.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with a variety of hardware and software systems
- Knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (ERP), network administration, Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft 365, MS Office, systems support is an advantage
- Solid experience in user, server and network support and quick problem-solver to emergency
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Responsible, reliable, self-disciplined, self-motivated and enthusiastic
