- Bachelor's or master's degree with 10 years of business development experience in architecture, interior strongly preferred;
- Collaborate with internal global and local market sector leadership to develop, implement and update strategic plans focused on growth;
- Maintain and develop a local network of proven reliable sources of information on current and prospective clients;
- Identify and pursue top project opportunities and support the development to win strategies on the largest most complex projects;
- Research and understand geographic, market sector issues and trends in the local market;
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other stakeholders to build consensus, resolve conflicts and sustain progress;
- Spearheads and negotiates new business development initiatives and builds business cases;
- Interest in mentoring junior members of the business development team;
- Less experienced candidates may be considered for a Business Development Manager;
- Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin in both conversational and written.
