- Develop and execute the learning and development plans to drive health business growth, increase penetration rate of medical products, and meet the Company's health KPIs including the followings:
- Evaluate and identify training and development needs in health business.
- Institutionalize performance coaching.
- Support revolutionizing health business development training with data-driven learning analytics. - Conduct competency mapping to address gaps & recommend impactful development interventions. Works as a sales coach in partnership with agency to drive execution on the ground.
- Develop a robust process to maximize outcomes through effective delivery and implementation of initiatives.
- Building and maintenance of a strong relationship with all stakeholders internally and externally.
- Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisors from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent
- Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP and so forth.
- 7 years or above training experience in life insurance industry
- 3 years or above management experience
- Preferably with work background in life insurance industry
