- Manage end-to-end implementation of IFRS 17 in the life insurance company.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and develop solutions for compliance.

- Communicate project updates to senior stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and motivate team members.
- Drive change management strategies for IFRS 17 adoption.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and calculations.
- Stay informed on IFRS 17 developments and propose process enhancements.
- Contribute to policy and system improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in related field and project management experience required.
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 and insurance industry processes preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management certifications and insurance industry knowledge are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Extensive project management experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS 17 requirements and their application in life insurance.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and actuarial processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project risks.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with insurance products and operations is desirable.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems used in the insurance industry.
