- Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, risk management, and revenue/cost forecast.
- Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer
- Exercise creativity, independent judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques.
- Over 15+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 8 years of project/program management experience of no less than 5 complete end-to-end implementations and/or upgrade ERP or HCM projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional lead and/or solution architect role with deep domain knowledge of ERP or HCM applications and technology.
- Strong track record of project management of complex, and/or multi-pillar projects, implementation methodologies, project management tools ., MS Project, project estimation, project team management, client management and communications, and project and proposal leadership
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Oracle ERP/HCM on-premise or Cloud Applications
- Strong competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))
- Demonstrated leadership and time management skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding team-oriented environment (both with clients and within the organization)
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, Advanced Degree like Masters is desirable

Project Manager within Consulting: The Project Manager role is a challenging, exciting opportunity for you to manage full lifecycle Cloud Implementations while using Oracle's True Cloud Methodology (TCM). In this role, you will manage multiple cloud projects and be responsible for the successful delivery of those projects on time, on budget and ensure reference customers. This is an incredible opportunity to help drive the strategy and successful execution of complex projects.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning customer-specific engagements, managing the business requirements, development, review and sign-off process, managing the execution of deliverables while controlling scope, executing the change management process when needed, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks.
You will work with leaders in Oracle Consulting, Development and Support focused on Oracle's Cloud products.
