- Supervise and lead a team of service desk analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring workload distribution is balanced
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development
- Maintain close communication with senior management on all IT related operations and issues
- Perform troubleshoot on all IT systems and applications and responsible for technical support for events and meetings
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed
- Continuously review the existing support workflows and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of service desk activities, including ticket logs, resolutions, and customer interactions
- Generate reports and analyze service desk performance data, identifying trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for training
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in the latest hardware, software specifications, and Microsoft products, including Office 365
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills in a fast pace environment
- Sound communication and interpersonal skill, with strong customer service mindset
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
