  • Develop and execute a Joint Business Plan (JBP) for each identified key account and external partner of strategic channels in alignment with corporate strategy, including: Identifying core customer needs Mapping the benefits of CVHK to the business requirements of each account Pulling together resources locally, regionally, globally during the key milestones of the development and execution of the plan Ensuring alignment & compliance on local/corporate policies & process across all activities & customer offerings Developing and effectively presenting CVHK's value proposition to customers
  • Drive effective negotiations with senior management of customers to achieve both short/long term business goals of CVHK and the customers
  • Lead and drive Customer Business Team collaboration including working closely with marketing, finance and the operations group to provide a compelling product portfolio and private brands for customers and consumers
  • Manage the overall operational, budget and financial responsibilities including the forecasting accuracy
  • Work closely with sales, finance and marketing (Customer Business Team) to review performance data that includes financial, sales, market data analysis, and activity reports and spreadsheets, to monitor and measure overall department effectiveness by streamlining the internal business process
  • Attain deep understanding and mastery of CooperVision's Key Account Management approach, strategy development and application of tools in all areas of work.
  • Achieves customer satisfaction objectives. Increases perceived value in the market place by providing high quality products, excellent service and supply.
  • Actively seek alignment and embed best practices from regional/global KA community to local operations
  • Maintain effective working relationship with sales force and corporate functions within CooperVision on major decisions which drive business growth of the Key Accounts & customers
  • Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the daily operation of Key Accounts/customers.
  • Support to develop the strategy of existing channel and new channel by giving feedback from the market to Leadership Team
  • Definitive leadership skills sustained by strong experience and effective trainings
  • Strong and impactful communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong command of verbal and written English is mandatory
  • Proven sophisticated and strategic negotiation skills
  • Proven strong influencing skills
  • Highly numerically sensitive/ strong Financial skills
  • Have been trained in strategic account management and demonstrated success in concept application
  • Excellent Excel (incl. modeling) and PowerPoint skills
  • Require to have 5+ total years of experience in sales & marketing preferably in MNC of Vision care or Medical Device/Health Care/FMCG/OTC industry
  • Extensive senior level sales experience particularly in managing of large customers with multi-departmental stakeholders
  • Marketing or strategy development experience is highly beneficial
  • Experience of category management and retail optical experience an advantage
