- Responsible for managing the development of the Annual Technology Plan (ATP) for WSB Digital Channels, ASP and ensuring related capabilities are delivered on the digital channels HSBCnet, HSBC Connect and Treasury API
- Identify opportunities to enhance digital channel client experience based on client feedback received through in-moment surveys, customer queries / complaints and NPS scores. Actively influence stakeholder such that they support key digital channels enhancements through funding and resource allocation
- Engage stakeholders across the region to provide overview of the channel capabilities delivered. Support country / regional digital managers to deliver projects by ensuring resourcing is available for key requirements identified. Find solutions and escalate challenges with the objective to ensure key Digital Channel projects are delivered on time and within the funding approved
- Responsible for supporting select ASP markets to deliver the channels strategy
- Drive adoption of digital channels and capabilities. Support commercialization of digital channels capabilities in the region / markets and cost reduction
- Drive the value proposition, positioning HSBC as a leading provider of digital services across the various customer segments that we serve and position HSBC's digital channels competitively as a leading provider of digital services in the market
- Ensure close working relationship with functional partners across Product, Sales, Service and Information Technology
- Contribute and deliver to business initiatives in alignment with HSBC's strategic objectives
- Lead and encourage constructive cross country and cross business teamwork by demonstrating collaboration and matrix management in action and challenging actions and behaviours that are not consistent with the bank's diversity policy or the best interests of the business and its customers Requirements
- Experience in dealing with technology platforms
- Experience in transaction banking
- Experience in Programme Delivery and Process improvement
- Experience in managing e-commerce or digital platforms
- Exposure to dealing with Commercial Banking customers
- Experienced project or programme manager with relationship management skills or industry product specialist
- High level of business acumen and commercial awareness, together with a sound knowledge of the full range of transaction banking products commerce and e-commerce

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Digital Manager, Wholesale Digital Channels.
Principal Responsibilities
The Wholesale Digital function aims to drive digitization at scale by transforming our customer experience across product verticals for both the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) and Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF) businesses. These businesses cover over 90% of the world's trade and capital flows, with access to over 150 clearing systems across 95% of Fortune 100 companies. We are uniquely positioned to help our customers with their working capital needs, mitigate global trade risk, make payments, reconcile receivables, and manage their liquidity by maximizing the use of capital.
