- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement Middle & Lower Funnel campaigns, such as social media, display network, and content marketing
- Lead the content and asset development of Middle & Lower Funnel campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support omnichannel strategies and collaborate with various channels to improve lead generation and lead conversion
- Enable segment-led and relevant content delivery with customer data platforms
- Analyze and identify critical conversion points and drop-off points in the customer journey to optimize user experience and lead conversion
- Prepare reports and analytics to track the overall performance of lead generation campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Stay updated with digital trends, the latest marketing technology, competitive activities, and best practices to drive innovation in lead generation and lead conversion
- University degree with 6-8 years of relevant working experience in the financial services or related industry
- Good understanding of customer digital behaviors
- Proven experience in digital, performance marketing and e-commerce
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Keen eye for detail; capable of working independently with minimum supervision; ability to multitask
- Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
- You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities.
