- Have experience in managing distribution partnerships in Unified Communications/ Cloud / Telephony space.
- Be able to develop and execute sales strategies for Partner programs, distribution operations & sales enablement
- Experience with SaaS Resellers in North Asia, especially Hong Kong
- Have a deep understanding of the Distribution ecosystem in the North Asia & Hong Kong market
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Be proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth with Distribution partners
- Have collaborated with the Alliances that drive the Zoom ecosystem. Poly, Dten, NEAT, Oracle, Ribbon,Jabra, Verint.
