- Managing the accounts payable cycle
- Ensure all accounting records are properly recorded
- Compile user requirements and perform user acceptance test on accounting systems
- Participate in developing and maintaining procedure manuals
- Ad hoc projects to support management's decision
- Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- 3-5 years experience in the accounts payable function
- Knowledge and experience in VBA Macro and strong mastery of MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
- Good knowledge in financial analysis, strong analytical skills and critical mindset, capable of examining and analyzing financial and management information with business acumen
- Good presentation and report writing skills in both Chinese and English and Chinese word processing skills is a must
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Experience in performing user acceptance test is an advantage
