- Responsible for product development, including product pricing, profitability analysis, regulatory fillings and adherence to both the Group guideline and the local regulation
- Executing the entire cycle of new product pricing, which encompasses premium calculation, reserve calculation, profit testing, and sensitivity testing; utilizing Excel spreadsheets to facilitate these processes
- Manage initial compensation design and perform all related calculations proficiently
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization for system testing purposeskills & experiences required.
- Degree Holders in Actuarial / Statistics / Mathematics / Finance / Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in actuarial, preferably in insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written in English and Cantonese
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and programming
