- Communicate requirements from various departments including marketing, IT, legal team and more
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for internal systems and web applications
- Prepare business reports and test scripts
- Support various implementation projects
- Manage the project timeline
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Analyst /UAT testing
- Background in financial institution or insurance industry is a plus
- Good command in both English and Cantonese
