- Gather and assess business needs and objectives to determine requirements.
- Evaluate and review comprehensive specifications encompassing both functional and non-functional elements.
- Oversee and maintain business requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Support and facilitate business process transformation and adaptation.
- Take charge of IT teams and external vendors, providing leadership and management for successful delivery of small to medium-sized IT projects.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a realted discipline
- 6+ years of IT experience, with a focus on business/system analysis and project analysis work.
- Solid understanding of BABOK and Agile Methodology, enabling effective application of industry best practices.
- Exceptional vendor and people management skills
- Experience in data analytics, providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in leading project delivery in both waterfall and agile models.
- Preferred experience in SaaS and ERP projects, showcasing familiarity with these technologies.
- Must have good command on Chinese and English
