- Work closely with business and operation users to deliver new technology solutions to e-commerce industry;
- Communicate with customers, mainly international enterprises & start-ups, for project requirements;
- Perform gap analysis to check the compatibility of the existing system infrastructure with the new business requirements;
- Provide UAT and product training to customer and internal parties.
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- At least 2 years' experience in business analysis, solution design, project coordination, and vendor management;
- Good knowledge in e-commerce or logistic IT services is a plus;
- Strong communication, presentational and analytical skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst;
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
