- Assist in product preparation and updating in the food vertical, event, workshop, tourist & attractions of Klook
- Individually generate high quality content with provided materials and resources
- Update price and allotment as BD and merchants' requests
- Can work with high ownership and strong time management skills
- Open minded and able to think and share feedback with team members proactively
- 0-1 year of experience in Operation/Account Management in E-Commerce industry
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A hardworking, creative, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different offices and different cultural backgrounds
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves mindset that's not afraid to work independently when required
- At least 3 full work days per week is required
