- Develop a data & Analytics IT solutions plan in collaboration with various stakeholders, including the architecture team, business users, and data providers.
- Establish data quality standards, implement quality control plans, and ensure ongoing monitoring and evaluation of data quality.
- Oversee third-party vendors and consultants to ensure efficient and high-quality project outcomes.
- Handle other assigned IT projects and & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline;
- 7-12 years' work experience in industry experience in Data field, sitting within IT, Digital or Data
- With solid understanding and experience in data architecture, Big Data, and/or traditional BI/DW/ETL encompassing both process and data analytics;
- Solid experience of using cloud data platform, PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense and/or statistical package such as SAS, Alteryx;
- Ability to translate business needs into formal designs, and strong organisational, supervisory, and interpersonal skills needed to work effectively with a wide variety of internal and external resources
