- To collaborate with Account Managers to recommend and propose appropriate solutions and offer services to customer.
- To participant in the whole pre-sales cycle, including customer meeting, user requirement study, design, presentation, demonstration, proposal and the RFP/bidding phases.
- To work closely with internal Engineers and external Suppliers.
- To design and deliver internal training, experience and knowledge to Overseas Support.
- To work as a team and share solution knowledge regularly.
- To formulate and implement market development strategies, prepare related policies and guideline, etc.
- To support ad-hoc tasks assigned by team manager.
- Degree holder or above in IT/ Engineering/ Telecommunications or related disciplines
- 3-5+ years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication industry
- Hold of professional certification is definitely an advantage
- Familiar with Telecom products such as IPLC/IEPL/MPLS VPN/SDWAN/DIA/IP Transit.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users and understand their requests and requirements
- Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to do problem solving and troubleshooting alone.
- Good in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English and Mandarin.
