  • Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the Management team, encompassing tasks such as typing, organizing files, managing documents, overseeing office supplies and ordering stationery, and more.
  • Manage daily communication, correspondence, and appointment scheduling.
  • Prepare meeting minutes as required.
  • Undertake additional assigned tasks as they & experiences required.
  • Hold a diploma or higher degree in any field.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in a sizable company.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua highly desirable.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork, reliability, meticulousness, proactivity, and the ability to work autonomously.
