- Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the Management team, encompassing tasks such as typing, organizing files, managing documents, overseeing office supplies and ordering stationery, and more.
- Manage daily communication, correspondence, and appointment scheduling.
- Prepare meeting minutes as required.
- Undertake additional assigned tasks as they & experiences required.
- Hold a diploma or higher degree in any field.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in a sizable company.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua highly desirable.
- Exhibit strong teamwork, reliability, meticulousness, proactivity, and the ability to work autonomously.
